Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Organizational Development Partner to lead strategic learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess learning needs and design comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals
  • Create and facilitate engaging training sessions in various formats
  • Provide tailored coaching and mediation to enhance collaboration and leadership skills

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field
  • 10 or more years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, or talent management
  • Vendor certification in at least one assessment tool (e.g., DISC, MBTI)
  • Proven experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various levels
  • Strong coaching skills with experience guiding leaders in developing their capabilities
