Key Responsibilities
- Assess learning needs and design comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals
- Create and facilitate engaging training sessions in various formats
- Provide tailored coaching and mediation to enhance collaboration and leadership skills
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in organizational development, leadership development, or talent management
- Vendor certification in at least one assessment tool (e.g., DISC, MBTI)
- Proven experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various levels
- Strong coaching skills with experience guiding leaders in developing their capabilities
