Senior Learning Development Partner

Job Summary

To support the growth of leadership capabilities, the full-time Senior Learning Development Partner will design and deliver leadership and manager development programs, manage the learning management system, and create high-quality learning content in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and manager development programs focusing on practical skills such as performance management and team effectiveness
• Own the learning management system, including platform configuration, content organization, and user experience
• Develop diverse learning content, including facilitated sessions and self-paced modules, that managers can implement immediately

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership or manager development programs
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels
• Experience in owning or administering a learning management system
• Ability to work independently on complex projects from brief to delivery
• Strong content development skills with a commitment to quality and relevance
