- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve learning and development capabilities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training solutions
- Proven track record of leading complex training initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience consulting with senior leadership and managing cross-functional projects
- Degree in education, instructional design, human resources, or a related field is desirable
- Preferred certifications include ATD Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) or equivalent
