Senior Learning & Development Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences, the full-time remote Senior Learning & Development Specialist will manage LMS administration, enhance global onboarding programs, and facilitate training sessions while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize employee development.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the LMS, including course creation, reporting, and user experience enhancements
- Design and implement a standardized global onboarding program and manager-led curriculum to improve new hire integration
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions across various topics, adapting approaches for diverse audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or training roles
- Experience with LMS administration, specifically Docebo
- Proven experience in facilitating instructor-led or virtual training
- Strong program and project management skills
