Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CSS Learning Enablement Partner to enhance talent capabilities and operational excellence within the Customer Support & Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enablement programs in partnership with CSS leadership and stakeholders
  • Assess skills gaps and develop targeted training and learning pathways
  • Manage and improve the CSS knowledge base and streamline operational processes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer support, learning & development, or training enablement
  • Strong program management experience preferred
  • Experience in assessing skills gaps and creating targeted learning solutions
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing learning content
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program effectiveness
