Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CSS Learning Enablement Partner to enhance talent capabilities and operational excellence within the Customer Support & Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enablement programs in partnership with CSS leadership and stakeholders
- Assess skills gaps and develop targeted training and learning pathways
- Manage and improve the CSS knowledge base and streamline operational processes
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer support, learning & development, or training enablement
- Strong program management experience preferred
- Experience in assessing skills gaps and creating targeted learning solutions
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and developing learning content
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring program effectiveness
