Senior Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Operations Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for training requests, aligning priorities with stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning content for onboarding and training
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and the knowledge enablement ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training
• Strong knowledge of LMS and content authoring systems (Absorb and Articulate Rise preferred)
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective enablement solutions
• Experience in Healthcare is a plus
