Senior Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to shape and test course ideas
• Own the end-to-end SME experience and ensure high-quality content delivery
• Design and revise course materials, including capstone assignments and live session slide decks

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in instructional design for adult learners in an ed-tech or for-profit environment
• At least 2 years of experience creating courses offered for sale in a B2C or B2B context
• Experience with modern AI tools and a strong understanding of their application in instructional design
• Proficiency in Rise 360 and experience with video coaching and editing
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
