Job Summary

Consultative and business-focused, the remote Senior Learning Experience Designer will manage the full design process, from needs analysis to solution delivery, while collaborating with senior leaders to enhance team performance through effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting needs and task analyses to identify business learning requirements
  • Designing various learning materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and eLearning courses
  • Mentoring junior designers and maintaining the accuracy of the content library as business needs evolve
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of corporate instructional design experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or related field
  • Extensive experience in designing instructor-led training materials for adult learners
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools, such as Articulate, and knowledge of audio/video editing
  • Experience using generative AI tools in the design process
