Job Summary
Transforming technical education for autonomous flight, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer will design immersive and engaging learning experiences, produce multimedia content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce learner-centered experiences that enhance knowledge transfer and skill development
- Translate complex technical systems into engaging learning formats, including simulations and immersive training environments

Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Educational Technology, Digital Media, Media Production, Instructional Design, Communications, or equivalent experience

- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality instructional media
- Experience collaborating with engineers and technical subject matter experts
