Senior Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

Leading complex learning-design workstreams, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with project teams to create effective learning experiences, utilizing advanced instructional judgment and AI-enabled production workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and production for complex learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders and project teams
• Exercise advanced instructional judgment to make design decisions and advise on quality and delivery tradeoffs
• Design and develop various learning materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field, plus six or more years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Demonstrated capability in using generative AI and production workflows for learning asset development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and at least one e-learning authoring platform, such as Articulate
• Ability to manage multiple complex production priorities and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
