Senior Learning Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Designing immersive learning experiences, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Specialist will develop engaging training programs and assess learning outcomes to support employee growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop effective training materials
• Designs and maintains training programs using various media formats while ensuring compliance with standards
• Evaluates the effectiveness of learning initiatives and integrates feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, including proficiency with Articulate Storyline
• Experience in designing and delivering both soft skills and technical training programs
• Knowledge of learning design concepts and models, such as ADDIE and Adult Learning Theory
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content
