Job Summary
Leading content development for literacy training initiatives, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Specialist will manage the creation of instructor-led training, eLearning, and microlearning materials while serving as a subject matter expert and primary contact for literacy product learning needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and lead content development across multiple formats for literacy products, ensuring alignment with training needs and platform capabilities
- Facilitate training sessions and manage timelines and deliverables for literacy content production and deployment
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve literacy training content and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Literacy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development or content development, preferably in K-12 education or publishing
- Working knowledge of K-12 literacy curriculum standards and instructional needs
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and content-development technology
- Ability to synthesize stakeholder input into high-quality, learner-centered content across various formats
