Senior Learning Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Talent Program Manager - Technical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning strategies for technical skill development of employees
- Design engaging eLearning courses and materials
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide guidance on learning development
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
- Expertise in eLearning authoring tools and project management
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning platforms
