- Lead a team of Learning Managers and Specialists to support training needs across multiple accounts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Implement evaluation methods to assess training program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in training and management, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
- Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams
- Solid understanding of training processes and best practices for adult learners
