Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Learning Managers and Specialists to support training needs across multiple accounts
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Implement evaluation methods to assess training program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of training and management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
  • Solid understanding of training processes and best practices for adult learners
