Job Summary

Leading a team of Learning Managers and Specialists, the full-time Senior Learning Manager will develop and execute comprehensive training strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that meets the training needs of multiple accounts and business lines
  • Provide mentorship and performance management for a team of learning professionals, fostering growth and talent development
  • Analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences based on data and feedback from stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in training and management, with a focus on coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theories and best practices in training
  • Proven ability to assess organizational needs and design effective training solutions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing large teams
