Senior Learning Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time Senior Learning Manager will assess, plan, design, and review higher education materials while collaborating with authors and team members to ensure alignment with customer needs and strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and update author content and pedagogy based on learning theory and career readiness
• Collaborate with various teams to serve as a learning design expert for student journeys and discipline-level content
• Design and advocate for improvements in accessibility, equity, and inclusivity across all content and authoring processes

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Educational or professional background in instructional design, learning design, or a related field
• Experience in designing inclusive content for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with applied AI
• Proven dedication to continuous professional improvement and a growth mindset
