Senior Learning Platform Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the architecture and technical strategy for a portfolio of learning platforms, the full-time Senior Learning Platform Specialist will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered capabilities and build secure, scalable data systems while operating in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the architecture and technical strategy for learning platforms and enablement products
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered capabilities, such as recommendation systems and analytics-driven workflows
- Develop Databricks-native applications and establish strong engineering practices for reliability and lifecycle ownership
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience designing and operating production software or data platforms
- Strong full-stack or platform engineering background with expertise in backend services and APIs
- Experience with AI- or data-intensive systems, such as recommendation engines or analytics products
- Fluency in Python or a similar programming language, along with strong SQL skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and security controls in production operations
