Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in learning science and behavioral design
• Proven ability to shape product strategy based on learning insights
• Strong background in data analysis and A/B testing
• Knowledge of cognitive load theory and adaptive learning frameworks
• Experience in publishing and presenting thought leadership in applied learning science
