Senior Learning Specialist

Job Summary

Designing and facilitating training content, the remote Senior Learning Specialist will create both instructor-led and eLearning materials, ensuring high-quality training standards while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance workforce development.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop training content using adult learning theory and LMS tools
• Facilitate engaging instructor-led courses for diverse audiences, both in-person and remote
• Audit and update training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing training in a production environment, including eLearning design
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
• 2+ years of experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in health insurance or a regulated industry is a plus
