Senior Learning Specialist

Job Summary

Designing and facilitating training content, the remote Senior Learning Specialist will develop both instructor-led and eLearning materials while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance workforce training standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop training content using authoring and LMS tools, applying adult learning theory
• Facilitate instructor-led courses for diverse audiences, ensuring engagement from both in-person and remote learners
• Audit and update training materials based on feedback and collaboration with subject matter experts

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing training in a production environment, including eLearning design
• 2+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
• 2+ years of experience in a collaborative environment with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in instructional design
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as health insurance
