Senior Learning Specialist

Job Summary

To support a nationally recognized healthcare organization, the remote contract Senior Learning Specialist will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions while managing training initiatives from concept through implementation and facilitating training for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions using various instructional approaches, including instructor-led training and eLearning
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions and workshops that effectively engage learners across multiple organizational levels
• Lead training initiatives from needs assessment through evaluation, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement based on feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality learning solutions created with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Experience managing end-to-end training programs, including needs analysis and learning evaluation
• Advanced facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
