Senior Learning Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, the remote contract Senior Learning Specialist will manage training initiatives, facilitate engaging sessions, and mentor fellow professionals while focusing on organizational growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training and eLearning
• Facilitate dynamic training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences across the organization
• Lead training initiatives from needs assessment through evaluation, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality learning solutions created with eLearning authoring tools
• Experience managing end-to-end training programs, including needs analysis and learning evaluation
• Advanced facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
