Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Strategist (Remote - NC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Define learning or talent strategic plans for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Guide executives through change by building leadership capabilities and change readiness
  • Build and foster productive relationships with executives and HR partners to strengthen business performance


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Learning & Talent Development or Human Resources, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or related field
  • Demonstrated success in building learning strategies for technology, digital, or data roles at scale
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to financial and operational outcomes
  • Advanced understanding of skills-focused talent practices and learning solutions
