Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Learning Systems Integration Staff to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative learning technologies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with HRIS and EIS to ensure seamless integration of learning technology with HR platforms and ERP systems
- Manages and maintains integrations and data feeds between AU platforms and other business systems
- Assesses emerging technologies and provides recommendations to support modern, engaging, and scalable learning experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ten or more years of experience implementing and administering corporate learning management systems
- Knowledge of learning management systems best practices and administration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience administering the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (preferred)
