Senior Learning Systems Integrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Systems Integration Staff to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative learning technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HRIS and EIS to ensure seamless integration of learning technology with HR platforms and ERP systems
• Manages and maintains integrations and data feeds between AU platforms and other business systems
• Assesses emerging technologies and provides recommendations to support modern, engaging, and scalable learning experiences

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ten or more years of experience implementing and administering corporate learning management systems
• Knowledge of learning management systems best practices and administration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Education, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience administering the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (preferred)
