Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of enterprise learning platforms and design scalable tech-enabled learning solutions
• Develop AI role-play simulations and manage AI agents for personalized learning experiences
• Implement gamification strategies to enhance learner motivation and collaborate with global teams on technology initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and management
• Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms such as ACTO, Allego, or MindTickle
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven learning solutions and gamification frameworks
• Experience in creating and managing AI agents for learning and support functions
• Familiarity with learner analytics
