Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret lease contracts to ensure financial compliance and cost avoidance
Administer lease billing/payment activities and resolve discrepancies in rental statements
Collaborate with the Real Estate team to manage lease-related communications and compliance needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing or lease administration
Experience with lease management systems/databases
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint
Retail tenant/occupier experience preferred
