Senior Lease Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between the company and landlords regarding CAM, Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, and account reconciliation
• Analyze and audit landlord billings, negotiate conflicts, and maintain lease audit data
• Assist managers with complex disputes, training, and various assigned projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• 4-6 years of Property Management or Lease Administration experience in a retail environment
• BA degree or equivalent Property Management experience
• Property accounting experience preferred
• Ability to understand legal terminology and interpret lease clauses
• Excellent negotiating skills
