Senior Leasing Representative

Job Summary

Focused on leasing a portfolio of retail properties, the full-time Senior Leasing Representative will source new tenants, negotiate lease terms, and close lease transactions while maintaining strong market relationships and conducting market surveys, with a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Key responsibilities:

• Source new tenants, negotiate lease parameters, analyze leases, and close lease transactions
• Negotiate and complete lease renewals, coordinating with legal and environmental support teams
• Establish tenant and industry relationships while performing market surveys and cold calls

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field
• An undergraduate degree is required
• Leasing experience in small shop leasing and tenant canvassing is a plus
• Strong mathematical skills for financial calculations, such as return on investment and net present value
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction
