Job Summary

Managing leave of absence and workplace accommodation cases, the full-time Senior Leave Associate will coordinate documentation, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and serve as the primary contact for employees and managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of leave cases from intake through return to work, ensuring timely handling and accurate tracking
  • Partner with third-party vendors to review requests and ensure compliant decision-making in line with company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the leave process, including return-to-work assistance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in leave administration or related HR areas, with extensive knowledge of FMLA and ADA/ADAAA cases
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
  • Experience using HR systems or case management tools such as Workday or ADP
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare clear reports or summaries
