Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leave Case Manager responsible for the end-to-end administration of employee leave and accommodation cases across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and related state leave claims, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws while maintaining detailed case documentation
  • Facilitate the ADA and PWFA interactive process and guide business leaders on accommodation responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on administering FMLA and ADA leave cases
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws and multi-state leave compliance
  • Experience managing full lifecycle leave cases independently in high-volume environments
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
