Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Leave Management Specialist to oversee the administration of leave of absence cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the master Leave of Absence log and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers
- Partner with Benefits and Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and benefit deductions
- Assist with reporting leave of absence data and maintain employee data in HRIS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resource management or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of Leave of Absence experience required
- Experience with Workday software system is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and State Leave laws and regulations
- Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
