Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leave Management Specialist to oversee the administration of leave of absence cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the master Leave of Absence log and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers
  • Partner with Benefits and Payroll to ensure accurate leave payments and benefit deductions
  • Assist with reporting leave of absence data and maintain employee data in HRIS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resource management or a related field
  • Minimum of 1+ years of Leave of Absence experience required
  • Experience with Workday software system is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal and State Leave laws and regulations
  • Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus
