Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed leave of absence cases in the case management system
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding leave inquiries and resolve complex issues
• Advise on the interaction of leave laws with various employee benefits and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience with leave requirements and legal protections under FMLA and ADA
• Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions including payroll and benefits
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
