Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Leave of Absence Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage detailed leave of absence cases in the case management system
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding leave inquiries and resolve complex issues
- Advise on the interaction of leave laws with various employee benefits and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience with leave requirements and legal protections under FMLA and ADA
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions including payroll and benefits
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
