Senior Leave Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leave Specialist to manage employee leaves of absence and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer all leaves of absence, including FMLA and state-specific programs
• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers throughout the leave lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws while maintaining accurate leave records

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience administering leaves of absence in a multi-state environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of FMLA and state leave programs
• Experience advising on leave eligibility and documentation
• HRIS experience is required; familiarity with Rippling is a plus
• Preferred: PHR/SPHR certification
