Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to manage employee leave programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage leave requests in compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave matters
  • Own the relationship with third-party leave of absence vendor, managing service levels and resolving escalations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in leave administration
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management systems
  • CLMS or CPDM certification preferred
