Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to manage employee leave programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage leave requests in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave matters
- Own the relationship with third-party leave of absence vendor, managing service levels and resolving escalations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in leave administration
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs
- Experience with HRIS and leave management systems
- CLMS or CPDM certification preferred
