Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and analysis to attorneys, managing time-sensitive projects independently

• Manage legal documentation and processes, including contract review and knowledge management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred
• 4 or more years of legal experience
• Experience with federal, state, or commercial contracting regulations
• Background in contract law, healthcare, or benefits preferred
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
