Senior Legal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Analyst, Intelligence & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the contracting process through lifecycle management, including triaging requests and overseeing contract workflows
• Act as a central owner for Non-Disclosure Agreements and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Business teams to streamline contract management and enhance workflow efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Legal Studies, Technology, Business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in the legal field, insurance industry, or legal technology
• Experience handling highly confidential information in academic or professional settings
• Understanding or interest in developing automated workflows based on technology protocols
• Ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal project management
