Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Analyst to support its Legal Department with complex legal matters related to insurance and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and analysis to attorneys, managing time-sensitive projects
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law, summarizing findings with actionable recommendations
• Manage legal documentation and contract processes, implementing improvements and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred
• 4 or more years of legal experience, particularly in contract law or healthcare
• Experience with federal, state, or commercial contracting regulations
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Background in AI-enabled legal or business tools preferred
