Senior Legal Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting significant legal projects and corporate governance, the full-time Senior Legal Analyst will collaborate with senior legal counsel and cross-functional teams to manage legal support for product development, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in legal support for life and annuity product development, including policy form review and regulatory filings
• Collaborate with attorneys and business units on corporate initiatives, due diligence, and transaction tracking
• Develop project trackers and documentation for complex legal and governance projects, ensuring milestones are met

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal or similar experience with a focus on corporate and transactional work
• Experience in the life insurance, annuity, or financial services industry is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with entity management systems and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated experience supporting corporate legal departments or complex transactions
