Senior Legal Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the General Counsel and Legal Department, the full-time remote Senior Legal Analyst will manage regulatory filings, assist with legal due diligence for acquisitions, and maintain corporate documents and databases.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including pharmacy licenses and DEA registrations
• Assist with legal and compliance due diligence on acquisition targets and manage integration of new locations
• Maintain corporate formation documents and oversee the formation of new entities

Required qualifications:

• College degree strongly preferred
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Contract management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with AI legal tools
• Ability to work remotely with travel as needed
