Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Legal Assistant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, coordinate, and upload Board of Directors meeting agendas and materials
  • Provide administrative support for the Legal department, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and record management
  • Manage department-owned contracts and assist in drafting activities and responding to inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 2 years of work experience in Legal and/or Compliance
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or department coordination role
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business or legal secretary certification preferred
