Senior Legal Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Associate to join their legal team as a founding member.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review a variety of commercial agreements and regulatory positions
• Liaise with the Head of Legal, external counsel, and subject-matter experts for legal advice and guidance
• Build and improve the internal corporate governance function and legal infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a top USA law school
• 2+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel in a startup or scale-up environment
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Passion for business law and eagerness to understand new legal topics
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with internal and external parties
