A company is looking for a Senior Legal & Business Operations Manager to support their Legal & Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing daily legal and business operational matters
• Managing a variety of commercial transactions and contracts
• Supporting the coordination and monitoring of objectives and key results

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree/JD or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in a start-up/scale-up or professional services background
• Experience managing transactions and negotiations
• Experience in data protection and privacy matters
• Awareness of applicable compliance certifications and processes
