Senior Legal Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Compliance Senior Analyst with experience in health care for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact and subject matter expert for Marketing and Compliance regarding advertising state filing requirements and procedures
• Review advertising filing requests for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and submit advertising state filing requests and coordinate responses to filing objections

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
• 3+ years of experience in a health care environment with a good working knowledge of healthcare business
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Strong, independent decision-making ability
• Highly collaborative individual with the ability to influence others and build strong personal relationships
