Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end HR contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and conduct regular compliance audits
  • Assist HR with risk mitigation strategies and lead internal investigations regarding workplace conduct
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal or senior HR role
  • Experience in high-volume contract drafting and negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD, Master's in HR, or Paralegal Certification preferred
  • Previous experience in the Insurance or Technology sectors
  • Certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is preferred
