Senior Legal Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal and Compliance Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory licensing applications and maintenance, including tracking and delivering information to regulators
• Organize corporate governance documents and assist with due diligence processes
• Support Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams with various operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory operations, or licensing within cryptocurrency, fintech, or regulated financial services
• Experience with NMLS and state filing systems
• Knowledge of payment licensing applications, including US state MTLs and MU2 filings
• Experience in communicating with regulatory agencies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
