Job Summary

Leading operational workflows across Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Export Operations, the full-time Senior Legal Compliance Specialist will manage high-volume processes that impact enterprise deals and customer trust while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of export compliance platforms and ensure compliance with U.S. export controls and sanctions regulations
• Support the global privacy operations program by maintaining privacy documentation and facilitating operational workflows
• Coordinate compliance evidence collection for customer diligence and audits, ensuring readiness for regulatory assessments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, privacy, or export compliance roles
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and export compliance regulations including EAR and OFAC
• Hands-on experience with export compliance platforms such as e2Open
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication and operational documentation skills
