Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to the PBM business unit
Demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to structure, draft, and negotiate contracts
Identify legal and compliance issues, offer effective solutions, and promote compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
5-10 years' legal experience with a primary focus in healthcare
Strong preference for candidates with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) client contracting experience
Highly motivated with drive and ability to provide insight and drive decision-making
Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and courage to take a strong position when required for the good of the company
