Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, focusing on B2B SaaS contracts
Provide legal support to commercial teams in closing deals and advise on various business matters
Lead the legal team in implementing tools, processes, and policies for a scalable legal department

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar, preferably in New York
Experience in complex SaaS contract negotiations, data privacy, and security
Quick decision-making skills while managing risks
Ability to introduce systematic solutions and process improvements
Able to cover the Eastern Time (ET) zone reliably
