Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues to leadership and internal stakeholders
Review, negotiate, and draft customer and vendor agreements
Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure legal compliance

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admitted to the bar in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum 8 years of legal experience with expertise in negotiating SaaS contracts
Experience in corporate legal departments
Technical competence in identifying revenue recognition issues in SaaS agreements
